How do disputes work?: Teams self-resolve first. If you can't agree, submit an uncut video over 30 seconds as a link (no screenshots, they're too easy to fake). Unresolved disputes go to an admin, whose decision is final.
Why is accepting a match binding?: Once you accept, failing to play for any reason counts as a loss. This keeps the ladder honest. You can't cherry-pick opponents and back out.
Can I change my PSN or handles?: Yes, once a month. Each handle can only be linked to one account. Need a change sooner (wrong account, typo)? Open a ticket below.
How do points and seasons work?: A series win is worth points, a loss costs fewer. Ladders reset each season and standings archive. You rank by points, then win %, then total wins.
